3BFab LLC General Sales and Refund Policy

This Sales and Refund Policy (“Agreement”) governs all sales of 3D printers and resins by 3bFab LLC (“Seller”), a Delaware company operating in Florida under the brands NovaFab, DentaFab, and PowerResins. By purchasing products from 3bFab LLC, the customer (“Buyer”) agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized representative of 3bFab LLC, all payments are due upon receipt. Accepted payment methods include checks, bank transfers, major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and cash for local pickups. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods, as outlined during the checkout process.

Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy

3bFab LLC offers a 30-day return policy for 3D printers under the following conditions. The 30-day period begins on the date the product is delivered to the Buyer.

3D Printers

- Buyers may return a 3D printer within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in its original condition and include all packaging materials (e.g., wooden crate and cardboard box).
- If original packaging is unavailable, Buyers must securely wrap the printer with protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap) and provide photos to 3bFab LLC for approval.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, 3bFab LLC will issue a full refund without applying a restocking fee.

Resins

- Resin bottles are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if the aluminum seal inside the bottle remains intact. Resin bottles that have been opened or used are non-returnable under any circumstances.

- If a resin bottle is damaged or defective upon arrival, 3bFab LLC will issue a full refund without applying any shipping fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund amount. However, in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, 3bFab LLC will refund the full amount, including any shipping and handling fees.

Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact support@3bfab.com with your order details and issue description.
2. If the return is approved, 3bFab LLC will provide a free return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
3. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Acceptance and Inspection Period

Upon receiving an order, Buyers are encouraged to inspect items immediately. Buyers have one (1) week from the receipt of goods to inspect and notify 3BFab LLC of any damages or discrepancies by contacting support@3bfab.com. 3BFab LLC will address reported issues and cover shipment-related damages reported within this timeframe. Any issues reported after this period will not be covered by 3bFab LLC.

Customer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the proper care and maintenance of their 3D printer to maintain optimal performance and warranty coverage. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Regular cleaning to prevent resin leakage.
- Avoiding unauthorized modifications or repairs unless approved by 3bFab LLC.

Warranty Terms

Limited Warranty
3bFab LLC warrants 3d printer products to be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
1. Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow operating instructions.
2. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
4. Consumables like resins or filters unless the defect is due to manufacturing faults.

Claims
To submit a claim:
1. Email support@3bfab.com with your order details and issue description.
2. Provide photographs or evidence if requested.
3. 3bFab LLC will repair or replace defective items after assessment. Approved shipping costs will be covered.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, Buyer’s location, and logistical factors. Firm delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Buyers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

International Orders
For international shipments, delivery timelines and fees may vary based on destination and customs policies. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

Exchanges

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be exchanged:
1. Report issues to support@3bfab.com within the inspection period.
2. If approved, 3bFab LLC will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Exchanges are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds for returned products will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after inspection. For delays exceeding fifteen (15) business days, contact support@3bfab.com.

Confidentiality

All invoices issued by 3bFab LLC are strictly confidential and cannot be shared with third parties without the express written consent of 3BFab LLC.

Right to Deactivate

3bFab LLC reserves the right to remotely deactivate the printer if the Buyer fails to fulfill any obligations under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to make timely payments, failure to return replacement units, unauthorized resale of the printer without notice, or any unauthorized hardware modifications or alterations to the printer. Deactivation will only occur after 3bFab LLC provides reasonable notice and makes efforts to resolve the issue with the Buyer. The printer will be reactivated once the Buyer has met all outstanding obligations and resolved any violations as specified in the Agreement.

Force Majeure

3bFab LLC is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or any other force majeure events.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any invoices or related documents, constitutes the entire understanding between the Buyer and 3bFab LLC regarding the purchase of products. Any amendments or modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
