Post Process
1- Washing After printing, remove the build platform and separate the model. Cut supports. Wipe/brush the part with 96% ethyl alcohol until all uncured resin is removed. Ensure the alcohol covers the entire surface. Do not over-wash.
2- Drying Use compressed air to dry completely. Make sure no alcohol or uncured resin remains on the surface before curing.
3- Part Removal / Finishing Carefully remove remaining supports using appropriate tools. Avoid damaging margins and surface detail.
4- Post Curing
Option A — Oto-Flash G-171
- Place the part into the Oto-Flash G-171 chamber.
- Cure with 2 × 2500 flashes under nitrogen atmosphere.
- The product is ready to use.
Option B — Medifive TwinCure
- Set TwinCure to Level 3 for 30 minutes.
- After curing is complete, the product is ready to use.
Note: Curing outside the recommended settings may reduce mechanical performance and biocompatibility. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection during finishing.
