Post Process
1- Washing
After printing, remove the build platform and separate the model. Cut supports. Air hold to blow off excess resin, then soak in hot water at 80 °C for 5 minutes. Do not use alcohol for washing; changing this sequence may cause visual damage.
2- Drying
Remove from water and dry completely with airflow/compressed air. Make sure no moisture or uncured resin remains on the surface before curing.
3- Part Removal / Finishing
Carefully remove remaining supports using appropriate tools. Avoid damaging margins and surface detail; finish/polish as needed.
4- Post Curing
Option 1 — Oto-Flash G171
Place the printed and washed/dried part into the Oto-Flash G171 chamber.
Cure with 1000 flashes under nitrogen atmosphere.
After curing, the product is ready for use.
Note: This method provides high mechanical performance when used according to the recommended settings.
Option 2 — Medifive TwinCure
Place the part into a transparent container filled with 20 °C glycerin.
Place the container into the TwinCure device and close the lid.
Cure for 10 minutes at Level 3.
Rinse with clean water to fully remove glycerin residue.
Dry with airflow and the part is ready for use.
Important: Curing outside the recommended settings may reduce mechanical properties and biocompatibility. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection during finishing.
